Philip Rabalais is a filmmaker and electronic musician from Fairfield, Iowa. His movies take a poetic approach to the world via open-ended narratives, formal experimentation, and significant collaboration amongst cast and crew.

Rabalais received an MFA in Film and Video Production from the University of Iowa in 2020. His work has screened at venues such as Slamdance, Onion City, and on NoBudge.com; his work as a cinematographer has been featured in the Locarno Film Festival, and Cinéfondation at the Cannes Film Festival. He was named one of Filmmaker Magazine's "25 Faces of Independent Film" for 2024. He and Auden Lincoln-Vogel are co-founders of Osline Pictures.
